BOX / TEE HANGAR

Box / Tee Hangar parcel: Lot 2, 100 ft. wide by 325 ft. deep, 32,500 sq. ft. or .75 acres, available 20 yr. property lease or negotiated long term build to suit lease.

Box / Tee Hangar parcel: Lot 3, 100 ft. wide by 325 ft. deep, 32,500 sq. ft. or .75 acres, available 20 yr. property lease or negotiated long term build to suit lease. 

Box / Tee Hangar parcel: Lot 4, 100 ft. wide by 325 ft. deep, 32,500 sq. ft. or .75 acres, available 20 yr. property lease or negotiated long term build to suit lease.  

Box / Tee Hangar Site Descriptions: Hangar sites are cleared, graded and ready for construction.  Sites have aircraft taxi lanes on three sides and space for a vehicle parking lot between building and Airport Access Drive.  Taxi lanes and apron areas are designed for aircraft 12,500 lbs. or less.

Box / Tee Hangar Site Requirement: Box or Tee configurations are acceptable. Building and business activities must be aviation related and conform to the Airport's Master Plan for this area.  Building must meet local building codes and inspections.  Buildings shall be engineered and certified by engineer approved in the state of Michigan.  Building front facing Airport Road must include architectural improvements to enhance ascetics of standard metal building and are subject to prior approval.  Building end facing Airport Road must include minimum of 600 sq. ft. of small business office space.  Office space shall consist of minimum of one office, one restroom and a lobby area.  Sufficient paved parking space for customers, tenants and employees will be required adjoining Airport Access Drive.  Minimum building setback of 10 ft. from any property line.

BOX HANGAR

Box Hangar parcel: Lot 1, 255 ft. wide by 140 ft. deep, 35,700 sq. ft. or .82 acres, adjacent to 60,000 square foot aircraft ramp and Airport Road frontage, available 20 yr. property lease or negotiated long term build to suit lease.  Lot may be divided into two smaller parcels on approval.

Box Hangar Site Descriptions: Commercial hangar lots are cleared, graded and ready for construction.  Lots have access to 60,000 sq. ft. aircraft apron.  Airport Road frontage and vehicle parking lot area between building and Airport Access Drive.

 

Box Hangar Site Requirement: Hangars can be box or custom design.
