Building front facing Airport Road must include architectural improvements to enhance ascetics of standard metal building and are subject to prior approval. Building end facing Airport Road must include minimum of 600 sq. ft. of small business office space. Office space shall consist of minimum of one office, one restroom and a lobby area. Sufficient paved parking space for customers, tenants and employees will be required adjoining Airport Access Drive. Minimum building setback of 10 ft. from any property line. |
